Even though Sam’s father is often away on business trips, he is able to connect with his son by teaching him the meticulous art of packing a suitcase.
Based on a 150-word poem by Ron Koertge, ‘Negative Space’ tells the story of a relationship between a father and his son, Sam. Rarely at home due to frequently travelling for business, his father connects with Sam by teaching him the meticulous art of packing a suitcase, in this bittersweet tale about how sometimes it is the little things that can form the longest lasting bonds.
