She founded the Carthage Film Festival Projects’ workshop in 1992 and Takmil in 2014. She also founded the Sud Ecriture workshops in 1997. In 2010, she was appointed Head of Fonds Sud, and in 2012, she was appointed President of the CNC ‘Fond Sud’. She was Head of the Carthage Film Festival in 2008, 2010 and 2014. She was the Director of Manarat Film Festival in Tunisia in 2018, 2019 and 2021. She is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
