A struggling widow has to face her fears to raise her daughter.
‘Rabbat El Bait’ is a story of Mariam, a widowed mother’s life and struggles. From raising her daughter at a young age in 1970s Qatar to the personal fears she must face to help her daughter succeed. We get a glimpse of Mariam’s seven steps to bring about a new generation of women and success for her family. This is all done through a clever way of visual representations, lighting, and emotions portrayed through each scene, all of which are done in a staircase-built set.
