Survivors have adapted, living in isolation and wearing protective suits to keep the infection out. In the ruins of a city, a brother and his blind sibling are making their way towards a rumoured settlement. They are desperate to reach safety, but exhaustion forces them to stop in an abandoned house. It is supposed to be a temporary break. Instead, they discover something inside that was never meant to be found.
