Beyond the ambient chaos of the city of Tripoli, in northern Lebanon, and the crisis that the country is going through, an improbable place authorises the dream—the International Fair of the Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer, creator of Brasilia. A true microcosm, a place of life and hope, with meetings of Tripolitans and artists from all over the world, the site is officially closed to the public. Huge, futuristic, avant-garde buildings that stretch over hectares abandoned between the city and the sea, in which everyone claims his freedom.
