Kamel is a former boxing champion, happily married to Samia and deeply devoted to their only son, Sabri. Their lives are upended when Sabri is diagnosed with a malignant tumour.
Kamel is a former boxing champion who gave up his professional career for the love of his wife, Samia. His happiness comes from the devotion he shares with her and their son, Sabri. One day, Sabri falls and breaks his arm. The doctor prescribes further tests, including a scan. That same evening, Sabri develops a high fever and begins vomiting. From one emergency room to another, Kamel and Samia desperately search for answers—until the diagnosis falls. Sabri’s fracture is of tumour origin. This marks the beginning of a slow descent into hell for Kamel and Samia, as their son’s survival becomes the only thing that matters. While Kamel spirals into despair and anger, crushed by the weight of fatality, Sabri faces his illness with clarity and resilience. Samia holds on to hope, but Kamel, worn down, eventually breaks. One night, his resentment takes over. A violent altercation follows, and Kamel is arrested—deprived of his freedom and separated from Sabri. When Kamel is released, it’s too late. And so, the three begin a final round—one last fight against the disease.
